2007 p 10c Die deterioatoin + MD or something else?

    The "melting" appearance of LIB in LIBERTY on obverse is what i'm looking at. Simple phenomenon of a very worn, shaky die?

    It's my guess that it is die deterioration.......same thing for the date/mm.

    all those flow lines around and within LIB indicate die deterioration...
