2007 Mint Set low mintage

I guess this set will finish with the second smallest number of sets sold since 1964.

Looks like you can get the '07 silver proof, but not the unc mint set.

 

lowest mintage

we only look for the lowest. but not the second lowest. beside, this mint unc set is just starting few years back.

 

is there a reason you look for the lowest? Is there a parallel that you are trying to draw between future value and low mintage? I am trying to understand.
