    it's well circulated so it will be attributed to wear. No added value, even if it was weak lettering originally.

    Distance setting between the edge die and pressure wheel was set just a little too far apart and the edge didn't get a deep impression. Not an uncommon occurrence.

    There’s enough of the lettering there so it would not be an error. If graded it wouldn’t get a mention. Just a spender.
