I have no idea what is happening with this penny. Lincoln looks like he has a fat face and is angry. His eyebrow seems slanted. Also, the rim of the coin overlaps letters on the obverse and reverse side of the coin. It also seems EXTREMELY worn for a 2007. what is going on here? help!
Looks like machine double striking, which will lead to blurred images, looking like wear. Look at the doubled edge above his head and below the memorial. I do not believe machine double striking carries a premium, since it is not from the die but a production error.
