    Hi All,
After searching through 200,000 cents ($2,000) since the first of the year, I thought it'd be a good time to summarize the results so far and compare to my previous 200,000 cent results (see this post: http://www.cointalk.org/showthread.php?t=20207)

    Pre-1940 Wheats: 97, including 1909, '10, '11, '14, '15, '16, '17, '18, '19, '20 and '22-D
    Wheat Cents, total: 885

    Varieties-
    1972 minor DDOs: 2
    1997 Doubled Ear: 6
    1998 Wide AM: 3
    2000 Wide AM: 18
    2006 DDO: 1

    Foreign-
    Canadian: 2270
    Bermuda: 10
    Bahamas: 3
    Misc: 7

Interestingly, I found the same number of 1997 Doubled Ears out of this 200,000 as I did out of the last 200,000 so there must be a steady number in this part of the country.

    Thanks!

I think the large number of Canadian cents is due to a lot of Canadian tourists in my area.

The Misc. coins are panama 1 centisimo balboa, british 6 pence, barbados 1 cent, and a few others I can't remember.

The 1909 and 1910 are in pretty nice shape considering, maybe G to VG?

I'll try to get something posted when I get home.

Thanks! It's not in great shape, maybe AG, but I'm suprised I found one at all!

Here are some images of the wheats in an album. As you might guess, I'm trying to complete an entire set from circulation. Probably never finish, but it's fun.

Thanks! Yep, all from the bank. I got pretty lucky on all those red cents from the 1930's, found them all in one bag last year sometime.

Thanks everyone for the kind words!

For the curious- my bank has a counting machine that they use when people bring in change, and the machine sorts the cents into $50 bags, which is the way I get them. It saves time (not to mention lots of paper!) not having to open a whole bunch of rolls.
