I purchased two of the above sets from the R.A.M. in May. I have used them for a number of years for some nice art gold pieces. The price of these boxed sets was very attractive. I purchaded two. When they arrived one item of internal packing had not be seen to. The plaque with the serial number had not been covered and had got loose in transit. It is rectangular and heavy for size. It prceeded to trash most all coin containers. and broke one. Some were loose from transit with out a pressure plate over them of foam or paper. I was a bit concerned. I contacted Dion Buck and we did a stack of mail and finally they agreed to accept the coins back. They had the coins picked up and next day air freighted to New York then Australia. They left on June 30,2006 and arrived today July 14,2006. The original sets were # 45 & # 224. The new sets were #294 & # 298. All packaging was perfect as are the sets. These are the best sets I have experienced from any mint. I thank the Canberra Mint their CEO Janine Murphy, and Dion Buck for making this happen. I will continue to purchase from their mint as I have in the past. This level of service is seldom experienced . I would recommend that if you wish to use their services I would do so without hesitation. Be well Floyd
