I was looking at my 2006 Silver/Clad proofs sets and noted something different about some of the coins and wondering if any of you may have noticed the same. I am well aware of the "fading5" Lincoln in this year but have come along something more interesting. The Kennedy half in one of my sets caught my eye so out come the loop. What I found was what appears to be reeding on top of coins rims obverse in several places. Looking at coin from flat angle shows were the rims edge is up higher than edge (fin perhaps) don't know. Looking closer I can where (lets just say fin) has made impression on plastic cover of proofs holder..my scanner doesn't get side view images. I have found simular type in state quarters and dime mostly from different sets. Look at rim from 3 to 7:30 Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. Picture is of half im talking about..hope it shows. Thanks
