2006 Mint Set - Look at the Sac

I just received my 2006 US mint sets. Upon inspecton, I noticed a large, long indent in the 2006-D Sac on the reverse. To me, it looks too deep to be a scratch that could occur from minting to packaging. I'm not sure if I'm looking at a stike through (maybe a hair...but even a hair seems to fine to leave such a deep impression IMO) or a die crack (but I don't think that die cracks incuse).
Does anyone have an idea what could cause this?

Also, I'm debating whether to return it for a replacement. I order a few sets each year, so I have some "good" sets. But if this is considered an error, and increases the value, I may keep it.
    Your thoughts are areciated.:D

I think its damage...but it could be a strike through....

Looks like a scratch to me.

I'd guess a strike through - maybe grease. Notice the circular area with an almost total lack of detail. I'd keep it.
