Found this late last night, I believe it is, though haven't completely confirmed it as 1DO-014. It has tootsie roll extra thickness in BERTY and is strongest in TY. Jason
I would say it's a doubled die I see indication of minor notching on liberty, but i'm not quite sure at this particular time need to get a closer shot of Liberty. JC
