2005 West Virginia Quarter

Hey, new to the site, pretty new to the hobby. Found this while looking through some quarters, looked like it was just part of the design, because of the smoothness and placing of the elevated area, but after comparison no other WV quarters, none seem to have this. Research has told me a CUD error @ 8:00. I have read the CUD error @ 4:00 is pretty common, I figure this one is the same, just wondering what a good price n this guy is.

Your photo is very blurry but that does look like a cud. Should be worth a couple of bucks.
