A few years ago a friend of mine who was into coin collecting told me to purchase a set of 2005 SP69 coins in a Satin finish. Supposedly this is the first year they put such a finish on them, so he figured they would be valuable someday. The set includes the 5 state quarters, penny, dime, nickel, 50 cent piece and Sacagawea dollar from both the P & D mints for the year, bringing it to a 22 coin set. I've looked around the internet but I can only find singles of a few of the coins. The singles seem to retail relatively nicely priced but I've got nothing to gauge resale value of the set. Does anyone have any idea what this full set is worth? I know 6 years isn't a long time to mature in value but I can only hope they're worth a bit more than I paid for them by now hehe. Any ballpark figure would be immensely appreciated and thanks in advance.
