it's not the best pic and i can't get a good one of the die crack on the obverse going from the v in the bust to the q in quarter
You need much better pictures. Look here (LINK) and see if you match it up with die markers on CONECA's site.
i need better pics i agree im working on that but i hope these come thru better with the obverse of the same quarter, if not ill have to scan them at my friends house one by one, i did check on the variety type before i forget which it was since the tree is almost complete floating beside the fourth from the left from what im seeing on k. potters website is that it is a ddr #1 type also with a die crack on the obverse not sure and ill try and get better pics tomorrow thanks guys
im trying to figure out how to do all this on photobucket or on my computer and save and post bear with me please im new to this aspect of things
Just don't let Photobucket resize the images too small, the site can do that... Then add the images like this: ...then add the URL from Photobucket:
Minn/error I think there 70+ die variety just for the Philly coin.but Ken Potter web site has the most pictured one I seen
Unless it's a sizable crack it won't add much value if any at all to the coin. The mint views those as damage not an error.
i think this link is the best by Ken Potter for looking up Minn extra tree varities you can't get pics any closer http://koinpro.tripod.com/Articles/2005PMinnDDRImages.htm
This the top 4 dies of Minnesota DV/error http://koinpro.tripod.com/VarietiesUS/2005P25cMinnDDR01W.jpg
thanks i checked his site, what i am comeing up with is ddr#1 or ddr#7 with the obverse crack almost the same as the one on ddr# 39 this is what i came up with before i posted id like to get other opinions but the pics are the best i can do for now, sorry i tried to zoom in for a better pic but everything was getting to distorted, i posted the link to the photobucket pics, i also have them on a disk i could e-mail them if someone wants a better look
