    I found this nickel in change. I would like to know if this in a minting error. There are circles inner, starts from IN God and goes all the way into Jefferson s middle of head. the mint mark P is smashed. I dint pay too much attention to this coin until I found two quarters with the same kind of circles.

    It is damage caused by the roll wrapping machine.

    X3. Almost identical to the last one I know of someone posted back a coup;e of months ago. Am I missing something with the with the voting categories?

    When any coin is at the end of a roll and is pressed too hard against a roll crimper machine it will leave those circular marks.

    Not a mint error of any kind

    Shaper...not polisher. For that fine radial look. A must have for any serious collector who prefers to take photos of their coins in-hand.
