I am in the process of collecting the modern commemorative coins and I found a NGC 2005 Marine Corps coin for 59.99. From what I have seen this is a pretty good deal but being new and inexperienced I wanted to get some advice on this first????

Any thoughts or info would be helpful!!!

try to get itfor 45 if you can. imo its better to get them sight seen modern comems have a lot of issues that bother me personally with hazing toning spots so i generally like to pay for a coin after seeing it in person. i also dont like to buy coins till i get a steal not a deal

One of my favorite comms. Blast white never looked so good. I sold an incredible UNC one earlier this summer for a steal. Not graded of course, but whoever got it, got a bargin.

Here is the Proof. Gorgeous coin indeed. Good luck Coin101. At my local auction this past weekend, they sold one of these for a steal.... well below list price..... somewhere in the $25-35 range. Almost bought all the modern comms, but I had my sight set on something else.

Can you see my finger and camera?!
