    Yes it is, but pretty common. I keep some of those just because I found them. I doubt anyone would give more than face for it though.

    I don't, I used to though, I had a good stash of 20 cents, 6 dimes, 2-4 nickels, and 1 quarter. all had like a 4% off center at best.
