2005 D lincoln cent DDO ???

I have a couple nice 2005 D cents with some serious doubling in the word liberty and on the 00 in the date. Anyword on these??

Hm, I havent even seen any 2005 coins in circulation yet.

 

They are in circulation

I manage a chevron partime and I have seen a few dozen but thats it and I have 2 with doubling.

 

Any chance on posting a pict on these? You definitely got my curiosity going.

I can scan or take a pic, but I have a hard time with getting it where the doubling shows. I don't know anything else to try besides getting a camera with macro or a computer microscope?

 

Just an idea: Perhaps if you changed the angle of the coin by ¼ turn, the light would hit it differently? Or perhaps not...
