Found this quarter while searching for the IN GOD WE _RUST 2005 Kansas State Quarter. It does have the ghost G and ghost T. What kind of error would this be classified to?

It has the error of being the "out of focus" and "badly lighted" coin :) Other than that, this is most likely caused by the die being filled with something like grease. Except for hype, these are minor errors.

Thanks Kentucky!, sorry about the quality of the photos, I'm not sure if it is my eyes or the camera, lol. If this is considered a minor error, what would you consider a major error?

A clipped coin, an off-center coin, a broken die coin

Welcome to CoinTalk, @Wagon. If you wonder what an off-center California state quarter looks like, here is one in my collection. 10% off-center, NGC slabbed.

...and an off-center will look like that on the other side. If the offset is only on one side, it is a MAD - Mis-Alligned Die

Thanks Kentucky, that is a really nice coin! I was just researching the terms you threw out there and was looking at an off-center penny but it wasn't very valuable. I have to wonder how these coins (clipped & off-center) get past quality control at the mint; assuming there is some type of visual quality control as the coins are made unless they are rolled as they are made and no one sees what is in the rolls. What do you think?

You are right that an off-center has to be "off" on both sides, Kentucky. This one is indeed an NGC-certified off-center, not just a MAD. Pretty rare.

Coins go into tote bins or bags and are rolled by other entities.
