It's almost 3:00am my time, and I should be in bed. But today, I will be opening 2 mint sealed boxes of 2005 buffalos. They are time and dated; 4U8 ,#0000, 12:26, 03/15/05 and 4U8, #0000, 10:58, 04/15/05.

I know to look for "Speared" and "Wounded" Bison, and "Broken Tomahawks", but is there anything else I should look for? I'll delay the opening till/if I get any other answers.

    Thanks...

You should look for EVERYTHING. The whole series are loaded with many types of errors. From die cracks, lettering errors all the way to wrong metal and even cliped planchets. I actally have found a good amount of these types in pocket change. Good luck let us know what you find.

I think the the new bison nicesls are very nice and will be one of the more popular westwerd jouney nickels in the future. The nicest varity I would like to own is the detaged leg they are resonable at around $50 in certified MS63.
