Howdy easytim - Welcome to the Forum !!

Whether it is a good coin to buy depends on you - if you like it, buy it ;) Whether it is a good value depends on the price being asked - sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. If you're asking if it will increase in value - I dunno, my crystal ball isn't working today :)

These Sac dollars surfaces are very much subject to change. The alloy is wierd and spotting is very common. "Will it stay Ultra?" less likely than with any other coin.

    Hi,
I would want to know a few things. One is what is the number of Proof 70 pieces certified by NGC versus other slabbers like PCGS. A 70 is only a 70 if it is really a 70, if you get my drift. I'm not saying that an NGC 70 is not, just that if the criteria is perfection for a 70 grade, the coin should be able to be graded as a 70 by any of the major grading services.
    Have Fun,
    Bill
