2004p dime stamped off center .

    dime has no ridges around the edge
    almost the size of a penny.
    is there any value.

    Possibly - there are some types of errors where this could happen. Can you post a pic of the coin ?

    Sounds like a broadstrike (a dime struck outside the retaining collar), and uncentered broadstrike, or a minor off-center strike. They're worth around $5.
