Column 7 looks very similar to coppercoins 2004P-1DR-011, 015, or maybe 017. But is none of them. What do you guys think? And what about column 12?
Where are the Lincoln pros? If it's not a ddr, just call me an idiot (or rookie, so that you don't break forum rules). I understand I'm new and ask a lot of dumb questions. If it is a ddr, I'm wondering if it could be a new variety as it has none of the markers listed on the coppercoins listings. Am I missing something?
Good find. It is a DDR. I'm not sure about it being a new variety, but I find a lot of these class 9 DDRs. I still haven't seen a good explanation for them, but they are very common. For this class, you are probably better off looking at http://www.traildies.com/ for known varieties. You'll also see from browsing around there that certain years can have ridiculous numbers of these varieties. Often they go hand-in-hand with wavy steps and/or trails.
Definitely one of the doubled dies. Which one, I am not sure as there are a large number of these varieties that have been found. Thanks, Bill
Not to dampen your interest at all but these minors in circulated conditon have no value in the market - this is the type of coin I was telling you about in previous posts - it's a time killer, I throw them back in the return to bank bag. You can learn from them but they are so minor to be no $ value to anyone else. This is just my take on it, yours, at this time may be very different.
I agree 2004 & 2006 there are a bucket load minor DDO&DDR and a few major ones.but it looks like a good keeper if your working on DV list of LMC. Keep hunting you never know what you will find!!!:thumb:
