I have an uncirculated roll (orange & white N.F. String & Son, Inc. Harrisburg, PA) of 2004 Wisconsin D quarters with a 'low-leaf' showing on one end. The other roll end shows an obverse. I've had this since 2004 and am reasonably certain the contents and the roll have never been tampered with or searched - all original uncirculated. Value? I've always thought about opening it to see how many more leaf coins there are, but have always decided against it. Guess I'm afraid of the disappointment of possibly finding no more and ruining a neat piece of numismatic history. Thanks!

What is your story on originally obtaining this roll ? Sounds like an interesting find. You my friend, have a lot more patients than I could ever imagine to have. I would die of curosity if I didn't open the roll to see what was there. What would your intent be for this roll if you never want to open it ? The value of each coin would probably be about $ 125.00 in MS65 condition. The whole roll would be valued at around $ 5,000, providing all coins were the low-leaf varieties and in MS65 condition.

If there are just 2-3 Low Leaf coins in the roll, they would probably be worth a heck of a lot more than what you might get putting the roll up for auction unopened. Open it!
