    Hi Everyone!

Back in 2004 I bought 100 2004 Silver Proof Sets as an investment and wouldn't you know it, that was the first year that didn't go up in value as soon as the mint sold out. I've sold some of them over the years, including 10x sets on FeeBay last week. I couldn't believe how much they're charging nowdays in fees! I know people were abusing the shipping costs to avoid paying fees, but they're even charging fees on calculated cost shipping! What a rip off! Anyway, enough ranting...

I still had 61 sets that I decided to tear open and put into rolls because the Mint doesn't sell proofs in rolls and it seems people want them in rolls. (i.e. They fetch a higher price on FeeBay. I suppose that's because you have to have at least 50 sets to make the penny and dime rolls.)

Before I put them up on FeeBay and pay through the nose, I thought I'd give you all a shot at them. I researched how much these are selling for, and since we're eliminating the middle man, I took 10% off what I think I could get for them on FeeBay. All prices are shipped and insured via UPS.

After this is all said and done, I'll still have a few leftovers that I'll probably use for contests in the contest section. Starting with the photo contest that starts today!
