2004 reverse side possible error

Hey community, I was going through some coins and found something on this penny. Can anyone make out what it might be??

Some kind of stain.

 

Nope, it may appear that way...it seems to be raised alittle.

 

Could you upright the photo with a bit clearer image? If it is indeed raised it could be a late stage die break but not one I have ever seen before.

If you look between the fourth column, there is something there that I don't believe belong.

 

It's the fourth column from the right.
