It almost looks like a punch mark or tiny drill mark, looks similar when I drill metal; you get that pit at the bottom. FYI, I'm not an expert in coins, the ladies and gentleman on this site could bury me in an instant with their knowledge, but it looks so much like it but the mole is what I would see by eye not what you showed.
