There something going on with the bottom band on the torch on the reverse, and the E in WE on the obverse. PMR or MD?
Do you mean the mark on the E, like it got hit. Notice how it's shiny and a newer surface than the rest of the E ... PMD
I don't know about the reverse lower of the split band .. I'm not a dime expert but the bottom band looks like is PMD maybe @CoinCorgi ??

I don't look at modern clad coins with magnification so I couldn't care less what the OP is going on about. I will mock and snark to my content though, if I have the energy. Corgi's shed like crazy, just so you know.
