Hello, Discussed several times on here, but I have been working on birth year sets for my two sons born in 2002 and 2004. Parameters were: - All NGC. - MS67 or better in the business strikes. - PF70 in proofs. Have done a great job with most and have nailed 98%. 2004 P Wisconsin MS67 has been causing me horrible fits! It is never on the bay unless it is high or low leaf variety. Went to long beach this week, but hardly any moderns there at all. Should I: - wait and see if it ever comes around? - Look for an MS67 and try to get it graded - probably hard for me to do...not that good of a grader yet. I have looked at online stores too, but not able to locate it. I just think most people aren't getting them graded cause they are too new. Any ideas? Thanks!
I don't know where to locate an MS67 Wisconsin Quarter but I would like to know if your sets are in the NGC Registry? I would like to see them, they sound great!

GREAT IDEA! Hadn't thought of that one! Lehigh - haven't put them in the registry yet. Don't know how the two sets would do, but I have a few nice MS68s in the cents, a few Proof-like Sacs and other MS68 state quarters. Had always thought that I would (once complete) send them in to NGC and get a complete set label like "Henry's (Last Name)'s Birth Year Set - 1 of 39". I think they just announced they only do that for large dealer submissions now. That would have been cool! I dream about giving them to them when they are married and/or stable (so they won't sell them) and then giving them the gold coins every so often. They like coins now and have state quarter books, but can imagine they will go into a stagnant period. Maybe at that point they will start to like coins again and will eventually have my collection.
