The answer is: in all likelihood - no. Unless it is nicely toned (original, natural toning) it is not worth much, and chances are your dime is afflicted with some sort of environmental gunk.
They are usually not worth much more then face except if it is really toned nice then some of the tone freaks will put a premium on it.
Today, probably not worth more than a dime. 50-100 years from now, who knows? If the coins is well toned and attractive and naturally toned instead of chemically toned, it might command a nice price years from now....personally, I'd keep it and try not touching it anymore.
