This is a clean cent. It's a great color. I have found several of the 2004's so far with my penny ante poker coins. I'm guessing I must have had a roll of new ones because they're all in amazing condition. Same with many 1989 D's. Has the oblong dots on e pluribus is what I've read that you'll see for this one BUT they were talking about Phillies. So guess we will see.
