Just because they CAN put them back on sale doesn't mean that they WILL put them back on sale. And like say it will probably depend on how much stock they still have remaining on hand. Now they may have a fair qantity of the nickel rolls on hand but since they usually produce set type items to order (create a small group then take orders, ship what is on hand and "backorder" the rest as they strike to fill orders.) means that they probably don't have more than a small buffer supply for handling returns in stock. And although they can sell the old stock, they don't have authorization to create new "old stock". They can't strike more earlier dated coins so they can sell them.

I really don't see it as being that big a deal.

They tried that cr*p a few years ago (Buffalo dollars?) and it did not fly due to outcry. They will not try that again (it is seen as a blunder).

So did you get permission to post that here or just decide to practice copyright violations?

Does it matter? There are so many of these coins that they are not going to be worth anything for a long, long, long time. if you collect these, it should be because you like the design of the coin. If you think you will make some money on these, then good luck. I have seen less than 30 2004-2006 nickels in circulation despite them minting hundreds of millions of these coins.
