The zinc cents are plated with copper. This looks like most of the copper plating has been removed. But there's still traces of it left on the right edge. It's nothing.
    Just my opinion.

The zinc doesn't look dull enough to me. I wonder if this was "silver" plated and the plating is wearing off to show the copper

I see visible linear plating blisters, it's not an error.

Either plated or de-plated...(cannot tell from pictures)... no numismatic value.

I would think that the die polishing marks showing (actually "die flow lines") would be covered if it was plated, so opt for the copper being removed. Maybe heat was used and left the zinc looking like that? Just my thoughts.

I just noticed the chip in the d qnd how thick the g is.That would make this a double die wouldn't it?

"Doubled die". And no, it isn't, imo. There are other letters of IGWT showing die deterioration besides the "g", plus it is a weak strike with the copper removed. The "d" part of the die would have to have had something, maybe grease, filling it to make the notch. Not an error, just a crappy zincoln, worth one cent...Spark

The lines on the coin are not die polish or flow lines. More likely planchet striations from the rolling out of the strip.
