2003 p rpm? with lope it clearer

it has a mintmark issue what do everybody think?

It looks like something, but I need a closer pic of the mintmark

 

i wish i could take closer pictures but not set up right now but i'm looking to buy a zoom mico and then i will be able to take closer pics thanks for your opinion

 

RPM in 2003? Weren't the mintmarks already incorporated into the die-making process at that time?

I believe the mintmark stopped being done by hand in 1990. Could be some other defect...

 

Mintmarks were placed on the Master Hub in 1990/1991 (for Business Strikes) so that would preclude the possibility of an RPM on your 2003 coin.
