2003 LMC. Is This DDO?

Is this DDO? The thickness of date and Liberty?

My first guess is yes. I see notching on the 3 and TY in Liberty. @Rick Stachowski ?

It's in wexler files and study the " R " in LIBERTY .
The correct DDO can be found there .

Rick..I did look but I could recognize which is which LOL..That why I posted this thread. Mine is close to 2003 1¢ WDDO-003? Again I am not for sure
