Hello everyone looking for opinions on this 2003 Illinois damage on obverse. What is proper name for this, and if an error what kind of value? The ccoin itself is in good shape. Thanks everyone....
Could be a strike-through where some debris got on the die and left an impression on the coin. Little if any value.
I don't see any displaced metal do a small strike through comes to mind. You may get a few dollars but it's really not worth a lot of extra money.
