2003 Off Centered Struck Penny I have a 2003 Penny that is struck off center. On the back side the top half of "United States) is cut off. Would this be worth anything? I've attached a picture Thanks "pcrdnadave" for correcting my lingo.
It looks more like an off-center strike to me rather than double struck. Possibly a partial collar. The mint has been letting fewer and fewer mistakes leave the door recently so there may be a premium for this error but I'll defer to others on value.
