I acquried this today, and it looks to be in really good condition. It seems uncirculated, or saw few hands (the particle look is from my scanner, as in person, there is no marks on it).
Being so close to Canada I find Canadian coins in my change all the time. I got a 2 dollar coin back in change just the other week. It was like a silver color and then a gold colored circle in the middle of the coin and had a picture of a bear on it.
