Last night I was at a local coin club in Putnam county, I purchased a Uncirculated 2002 Silver $ for $28.00 It even said $32. but the guy sold it to me for the $ 28 price. Now if I remember correctly it was a bit more for the regular issue price. Can someone give me a little information? Thanks.
