I found a 2002 penny in a roll from the bank. Around the jaw and ear there is nothing. I tried to get a close up on the area (best I could do with what i have). Other than this the coin looks normal. Any ideas what this is? I appreciate all the help that has been given to me so far. I joined only 2 days ago! Goff
It looks okay to me, unless I missed something. His beard and hair do not touch behind his ear so that's normal. Anything else missing is probably a polished die, possibly struck through grease.
