2002 P dime

Found this 2002 P Roosevelt dime and it caught my eye. I know it has some wear on it. But just above Roosevelt eye it looks like what I call a small snake just above Roosevelts eye. Sorry but the pictures aren' real good. I do know it' not a hit because it's covered by the silver colored plating. Don't know if it's an error or what to list it as.

The small snake above the eye looks to be a common Die Chip.
