2002 D Lincoln cent

    I saw one for sale on the local craigslist, apparently the 2002 looks like 2092 due to a possible die crack? I've looked online and only saw one other instance. Attached is a shot of the one found researching.

    Anyone have any input?

    Looks more like a plating bubble than a die crack. Interesting, but I certainly wouldn't pay a premium for it.

    It could also be a the result of a gouge on the die. A better close-up would be needed.
