2001P 25c Spitting Horse or PMD?

2001P Quarter Kentucky Spitting Horse error? Or is it something else? I will get my microscope And take some pics. I was just excited to possibly have found the first error quarter I heard about. 2 years later... maybe? Thank in advance. If there is a need I will get the ms out. Its just a pain, it's the pen type. Rawr

Also, what is going on with this coin? Die scratches, deteriorating die? circ? I included some lettering from the ms zoom on the "EN" in Kentucky

 

First pics were with the phone. I dont have any bottle caps, either.

Better pics? Damn, already busted out the microscope.

 

All you need is a cellphone like the diagram. Your coin is the wrong year anyways. Happy holidays!! Keep it simple.

 

Improvise.. Put 2 or 3 smaller coins underneath the coin you want to take a picture of

 

unfortunately PMD, and SensableSal is right, the "spitting horse" is found on 1999 Delaware quarter

 

Sorry, but it looks like hits from another coin.

 

Damage. You can see the metal displacement. Sure give away for a hit.
