Can't really tell from your pic whether the mark is raised or if it's incuse(sunk in). If it's incuse it's probably damage as the rest of the coin looks pretty beat up. If it's raised it might be a small die gouge. Big clear pics go a long way to helping diagnose errors. BTW welcome to the forum.
sorry it's the best I can do for the pics. The mark is raised though. I just did not know if this would be a find like the extra tree Minnesota or extra leaf Wisconsin? Worth keeping?
I should have added that sometimes a hit can also push up metal leaving a raised area. Once again, that's the best answer I can give you with the pics provided.
