    Good evening all. I have a question about this penny. Is this an error coin. If so, could you tell me why. If not an error coin. Can you please tell me whats weong with it. Any info would be apreciated. Thank you in advance.

    That's just it. IDK if it is one. My question was. "Is this an ERROR coin, and if not. Can you tell me whats wrong with it"

    I dont have knowledge like a lot of these people do. I absorb their answeres and feedback on the coin. I dont post things to get QUIZED. I post to learn.

    It is not a mint error.
    Looks like simple environmental damage.
    Copper plated zinc cents are really bad and anything can change its appearance over time.
