2001 P Virginia Quarter- DDO???

I Have come across this quarter out of a roll. I believe it is a DDO. I am not sure though. It has doubling of almost every letter on the front including mint mark. There also appears to be a "ghost S and A" underneath and beside the U in United. Can someone tell me if at all this is a ddo, if it is a ghost s and a? What would this value at if it is?

**Also It is a 2000---NOT A 2001..mistyped***

Well the pics don't show that much of the elements give us more letters to see and it;s probably die deterioration doubling and most likely machine doubling and your arrows seem to be pointing to scratches on the fields that;s what i see.
