can someone tell me what is under the R & I in America looks like object got struck under the letters you can see part of it coming out the bottom side of the i thanks for your input..
Can't quite make out the orientation, but if it's raised, it's probably a die gouge/tooling mark or die chip. If it's recessed then I would guess a strike through. All of these would be considered minor errors
it is raised and it is under the letters R and I and it runs out the side of the letter I also on top of the letter R it looks like it has a small die break
