Found this on the ground the other day. Was curious if this is mint damage or not? If it is, is it worth anything?

You actually answered your own question. Found on the ground usually means damage. Anything else that might have been wrong with this coin was negated once someone ran over it or whatever else may have happened to it.

First, welcome to CT. Second, if you learn the minting process you can answer a lot of your own questions before posting. The dime is considered PMD, or post mint damage, meaning it happened after it left the mint, so not a mint error by any means. Keep looking and learning.

Welcome to the neighborhood @NeoEwok !

The person responsible for making that coin is no longer employed by the US Mint.:stop:

    Yes.. Of course! 10 Cents

Your Dime was exposed to extreme heat which created the distortion to the clad layer.
    Everybody missed that!

Not everybody. My conclusion also before I even scrolled down to your post.
The distortion is on both sides.
