2001 Kentucky quarter errror?

    is this a lamination or clad error on both sides. Coin looks different deem other 2001 quarters I’ve seen

    Missing Clad layer usually only happens on one side of a clad coin.. Not both

    It's very likely Environmental Damage.
    Niether is it any sort of Lamination

    Looks like a normal clad quarter.

    I see no copper, or 'color change' on
    either side.
