I wouldn't even say that link is a DDO. I'm not an error expert, but if it takes that much magnification and I can hardly see it, then I wouldn't collect it as an error.
Just because it takes magnification doesn't mean it isn't a DDO...I picked out a die 1 with a 10x loupe a year back. Of course, whether you want to collect it or not is totally up to you. To the OP...sorry, I don't see a DDO. If there is one, it does not appear to be the same linked on CC.
