    I think the moire pattern on the small front photo is just super cool.

    I think that the note is way too beat up overall to garner much if any premium and that premium would be based on its design, not the overstamp.

    BTW... did anyone notice the waves in the vignette on the reverse of the note?

    They only appear when you photograph the bill. They are meant to deter counterfeiters from making photographic plates of the notes.
