2000p New Hampshire quarter Doubled die?

    I found this quarter. A 2000 p New Hampshire that has something funky going on with the lettering. Can be seen in the words United States and the word liberty. Got the best pics I could. What’s going on? Is it a doubled die?

    The words New Hampshire on the reverse also has the same issues.

    I'm really tired tonight but it just looks like a worn die caused this. Wait for others but I'm not tired enough to question the date. You stated it's a 2900 in your statement. Did the Mint release this a few centuries early? lol

    @paddyman98 Would you look at this and give your opinion please? and @furryfrog02 Sorry....I don't know who all are the error people yet, and I guess I should have posted in the error forum.
